Tarina Warren

I have been working as a physiotherapist on the Yorke Peninsula for over 20 years. I completed my studies at the University of South Australia and later returned to undertake a masters degree in physiotherapy. I have been dedicated to expanding my knowledge with further study and professional development, completing further training in sports physiotherapy, work injury rehabilitation, headache management, and dry needling.
My main focus as a physiotherapist is to enable people to return to maximum participation in work, sport and life by assisting them to reach their functional goals with a combination of hands on treatment and exercise therapy.

SERVICES
SYP Physio provides services in our clinic in Yorketown to many client groups including:

- Private patients
- Patients on workcover (Return to Work SA)
- Veterans Affairs clients
​
Referrals
​
Private patients do not need a doctor’s referral. All patients funded by a third party need an appropriate referral from a GP.
Payment options
​
Payment is required on the day for all private patients and can be made using HICAPS for services covered by private health funds and by EFTPOS. Services provided to patients referred under Sonder funding or Veteran’s affairs will be billed directly to the third party. Services provided to approved RTW SA claimants will also be billed directly to the insurer.
Fees for private patient services
as at 1 July 2020:

- Initial consult $72.00
- Subsequent consult $60.00
Cancellation Policy
​
Please cancel by phone if you cannot make your appointment. A minimum of three hours notice is required for cancellation.
Please note that a late cancellation fee of $40 plus GST may apply if less than 3 hours notice is provided for cancellation.
